If one of your consultants' eBoss account has been frozen or suspended, this lesson shows you how to re-activate it for them.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • An eBoss account with administrator or owner level permissions

Your eBoss database is secured against hostile attack as well as misuse.

From time to time, one of your user accounts may be frozen or suspended due to user error. This can occur when a consultant fails to log in correctly multiple times in succession.ย 

As an account holder with administrator or owner permissions, you are capable of unfreezing a locked consultant account by yourself - you do not need to contact eBoss support to do this task for you.
