In order to renew your Client Secret, please login to https://portal.azure.com/

In the top nav bar, search for app registrations

Select it and you will see your current set up.

Click on the display name used to set up your eBoss Client/Tenant/Secret ID

If you have no warning telling you that your Secret has expired, this is a good thing, but we would suggest clicking on the secret to get the date that it is due to expire

Once you get that expiry date, keep a note of it as you will have to renew this secret on that date.

If you have this warning message below, it means that your Secret has expired and you will have to generate a new one. Click on the highlighted area which is prompting you to create a new one.

Click +New Client Secret

Enter a meaningful description & in the expires section select 24 months (make a note of this date) Click Apply at the bottom of the screen.

Once the page refreshes, click on the copy icon as illustrated below. & send it to your account manager asap

Once we have confirmed that you are up and running again, please go back into this page and delete the old secret.

We will be in touch to let you know when all updates have been applied.
