What support to expect?

When you log in to your new platform you will be offered a variety of support options and these can all be used as you see fit.

Show Me Tour

Show me offers a walk through tour, see example below:

The balloons will guide you around the main parts of your new recruitment platform and you can run that tour tutorial again at any time.

Show Me Tutorials

We also have tutorials already create that are ready for your launch at the click of a button for example below is the candidates records page footer.


Clicking the 'Show Me' button shown below on the footer will pop up the tutorials available for instant on demand training.

We are adding more and more tutorials each day, if you can't find what you are looking for, let us know and we will make one for you. These will build your own onboarding collection for your future staff onboarding requirements.

Smart Tips

Smart tips are used throughout the system to deliver quick snippets of information on specific areas of the platform.

Live chat can be activated anytime when logged into your database platform. Simply click on your name on the top right of the screen and choose Live Chat
