Navigate to an individual Client record, then click the Documents Tab. Here you can view all Documents you have uploaded against this Client record.
Upload a Document
- Click ‘Upload a Document’
- Browse to the required document on your PC, select it and click OK
- The document is uploaded to your eBoss Database
Any existing documents are displayed in the lower section of your screen. You can
- download and view a document by clicking on it’s name
- in the Actions column – based on this document –‘Reparse and update fields’‘Reparse for search’‘Show CV’ to show the document
- Select a Template & Action from the dropdown menus to create and / or save a new CV from the document.
- Delete the document by clicking the Trashcan icon to the right.
