Navigate to an individual Client record, then click the Documents Tab.  Here you can view all Documents you have uploaded against this Client record.

Upload a Document

  • Click ‘Upload a Document’
  • Browse to the required document on your PC, select it and click OK
  • The document is uploaded to your eBoss Database

Viewing Documents

Any existing documents are displayed in the lower section of your screen.  You can

  • download and view a document by clicking on it’s name
  • in the Actions column – based on this document –‘Reparse and update fields’‘Reparse for search’‘Show CV’ to show the document
  • Select a Template & Action from the dropdown menus to create and / or save a new CV from the document.
  • Delete the document by clicking the Trashcan icon to the right.
