TIME REQUIRED: 10 MINUTES
YOU WILL NEED:
- Your job already added to your database
- Your search result of candidates you want to link to the job
STEP 1: FIND AND SELECT CANDIDATES TO LINK TO THE ROLE
1.1) Perform a search using either the advanced search or the semantic search options and view the results on the main view candidate page.
1.2) Select the candidates you want to shortlist. This can be done either by selecting them individually, per page or as the entire search result.
STEP 2: SHORTLIST THE CANDIDATES AGAINST THE JOB
2.1) Choose Shortlist Management from the actions drop down and click Apply.
2.2) Name your List. Then choose a client and job by typing in the provided text boxes and selecting the correct value when it appears.
2.3) Click Submit.
STEP 3: VIEW THE LINK OR ADD AND REMOVE CANDIDATES FROM THE SHORTLIST
3.1) On the View Candidate page, in list view, you can see the link between the candidate and the client and job has been made.
3.2) You can add or remove a candidate from a list easily using the shortlist icon in the update column.
