Configuring Your Track Pipeline

This article explains how to configure the recruitment track pipeline. It is one of the most important functions on the database.

TIME REQUIRED: 10 MINUTES

YOU WILL NEED: 

  • A list of the values you want to appear in your Track Pipeline

  • The order you want them to appear in

STEP 1: ADDING A NEW TRACK VALUE

1.1) Navigate to the settings section.

1.2) In the Company Database Configuration Section, scroll down to the Track bubbles.

1.3) Click the + icon and enter the name for your new Track value.

1.4) Click Save at the bottom of the page.

STEP 2: REMOVE AN UNWANTED TRACK VALUE

2.1) Click the delete option (X) of the Track value you want to delete.

2.2) Click Save at the bottom of the page.

STEP 3: EDIT AN EXISTING TRACK VALUE

3.1) Click the name of the Track value you want to edit and make your changes.

3.2) Click Save at the bottom of the page.

STEP 4: RE-ORDER YOUR TRACK PIPELINE

4.1) Click on the value you want to move. Hold down your left mouse button and drag the bubble to the correct location.

4.2) Click Save at the bottom of the page.
