Adding a New Candidate

In this article, we show you how easy it is to create new Candidate records in your eBoss database.

TIME REQUIRED: 2 MINUTES

YOU WILL NEED:

  • The Candidate’s CV

  • The Candidate’s details if you do not yet have their CV


STEP 1: ADDING A CANDIDATE USING THEIR CV

1.1) Navigate to the Candidates page.

1.2)  Either click on the Add New Record Icon or drag and drop your CV to parse it onto the system.

1.3) Once it has been read by our CV Parser the record will be created using the details pulled from the candidate CV.

STEP 2: ADDING A CANDIDATE WITH NO CV

2.1) Hover over Candidates in the top menu bar.

2.2) Click on Add New.

2.3) Fill in as many Candidate details as you have.

2.4) Click Save.
