YOU WILL NEED:
Your CVs saved in a zip folder.
Maximum 800 CVs per folder
STEP 1: UPLOADING YOUR FOLDER OF CVS
1.1) Navigate to your Import section and select CVs ZIP Archive Import
1.2) Browse for your folder or drag and drop it in the upload area.
1.3) Once uploaded your folder will join the Import queue for automatic processing.
The system will use the email address in each document to match it to an existing record on your database. If a match is not found, a new candidate record will be created.
Note: Please be advised that the import tool is provided free and suitable for zip folders containing up to 800 CVs. These can take upto 48 hours to process.
You can upload as many Zip folders at once as you like and they will join the queue at the rate of 800 CVs per 48 hours. If you have more than 800 CVs to import and would like these on your system quicker, then we recommend our bespoke import service.
