You Will Need
A mailchimp account, with credentials on hand
STEP 1: EXPORT RECORDS TO MAILCHIMP
1.1) Log in to Mailchimp, navigate to your API section here.
1.2) If you haven’t already got a Mailchimp API key, generate one (you can see a broken egg), click Create Key and copy the value.
1.3) Navigate to the settings page in eBoss and paste the API key in the Mailchimp API Key field. Hit Save.
STEP 2: SYNC MAILCHIMP ACTIONS WITH EBOSS CONTACTS
To ensure eBoss is updated with subscriber wishes, you need to insert a webhook in mailchimp. To do this follow the steps below:
2.1) Log in to Mailchimp and select a specific list that you wish to have actions updated for.
2.2) Select the list, choose settings, choose webhooks and insert the following URL remembering to change ‘youcompanyname’ to your own custom eBoss URL:
