Once you’ve refined your search, eBoss+ makes it easy to review candidates, build shortlists, and stay updated when new matches appear.
Preview candidate details
Click a candidate’s name to view a summary of their CV, including experience, skills, and location.
From here you can view the full CV with search terms highlighted or open the candidate directly in the CRM.
Compare candidates
You can compare multiple candidates side by side.
Select the candidates you want and click Compare Candidates to view a summary table showing key details. This is ideal when deciding who to shortlist or submit to a client.
Save your search
When you’ve built a strong search, save it.
Saved searches appear as tabs under the search bar, allowing you to reuse the same criteria without rebuilding it each time.
Build a shortlist
Shortlist candidates by selecting multiple results and choosing Save Candidates, or by clicking the star icon next to individual candidates.
Set up alerts
Saved searches can trigger automatic alerts when new matching candidates are added.
Go to Projects, edit the saved search, and choose daily, weekly, or monthly notifications. New candidates will come to you automatically.
💡 Pro tip
Start broad and refine later. Over-filtering too early often hides strong candidates.
