Learn how eBoss Recruitment Software manages your billing

eBoss Recruitment Software billing is automated and allows you the convenience of being able to manage your services via our billing portal.

Please review this following image, the numbered items are explained below:

  1. Your billing portal is accessible via /billing-portal and can be reached easily via your Name on the top right of your screen,

  2. This shows the billing estimate date period

  3. This shows the estimate for your next bill, this could include for example SMS messages sent, credits applied etc. This does not include local taxes (eg VAT or GST)

  4. If you want your company details to appear on your invoices, then enter them here and click save

  5. This shows an invoice for a consultant added during your billing period, these are billed instantly, are prorated and include local taxes (eg VAT or GST) if appropriate. If you pay via Direct Debit it is normal for it to show as pending for a few day however this will not affect your usage of the system.

  6. This shows previous invoices, their payment status and allows for them to be downloaded.
