While your Track Pipeline lets you monitor a candidate's status in relation to a job or client, their Internal Status is primarily for your own benefit. 

Maybe you are waiting for a candidate to undergo initial screening; maybe you have other reasons to monitor their internal progress before you add their details to a shortlist. 

Whatever your reasons for setting an internal status, the process is very simple. This video explains how you set an Internal Status for any candidate.
