Here you can Search for and re-activate Frozen Accounts.  A user account is Frozen if they enter their login information incorrectly 3 times in a row.

Click Settings > Index > Frozen Accounts to access this area.

Search & Filter

If you have a large number of Frozen Accounts you can Search or Filter by:

  • Using the Search Field
  • Clicking the column headings (Name etc)
  • Using the page numbers at top right of the listClick the ‘reactivate’ link to the right of the userIf the user was frozen because they have forgotten their password, a new password can be issued in the Password Management section.  See the associated help document for instructions.

Reactivating a Frozen Account

  • Click the ‘reactivate’ link to the right of the user
