Navigate to an individual Client record then click the Notes & Communications Tab.  Here you can manage your Notes, Emails, SMS and Calendar entries for this Client record.

Overview

The Overview shows a list of Notes, Emails, SMS and Calendar entries, arranged in date order by default.

The icon in the ‘Type’ column indicates if it is an Email, Note, SMS or Calendar entry.

Click the Pencil icon to edit, or the Trashcan icon to Delete individual entries.

Filter & Select

  • You can filter & select the desired records either by:Using the Filter dropdowns to select the types of records to viewUsing the Search field to filter your list –start typing and your records are filtered on the flyUsing the First, Previous, page number, Next & Last pagination buttonsSelect individually using the checkbox to the leftSelect all on the screen by clicking the checkbox to the top of the column

Compose Email

The Compose Email window allows you to send a quick Email to the Contacts for this Client

  • Click the Compose Email button
  • Select/de-select the Client Contacts you would like to receive the Email
  • Enter any CC / BCC recipients as required
  • Enter a Subject
  • Choose a Style and Template for this Email
  • Enter your Email MessageYou can format your message, insert links and images using the toolbar at the top of the message window
  • Check the box if you’d like to request a ‘Read Receipt’
  • Click ‘Upload a File’ if you’d like to attach a file to this message
  • Click Send and your email will be sent.

Notes

The Compose Note button enables you to enter a quick note about this Client.

  • Click the Compose Note button
  • Enter your Note in the Message area
  • Select a Type for your Note
  • Enter a related Candidate(s) to copy the Note to Candidate(s)
  • Enter a related Job(s) to copy the Note to Job(s)
  • Select a status for the Job if required (optional)
  • Click Reminder ‘Add new+’ if you wish to enter a reminder for this NoteEnter a subjectEnter a messageSelect a deliver Date & TimeSelect required Consultants
  • Click Save

Your Note is added to the Client Notes, and the reminder is added to the Calendar (if you chose to add a Reminder)

Send SMS

Click the Send SMS button to display the SMS panel.  To send and SMS:

  • Enter your message in the text area
  • Select / deselect the Client Contacts you wish to send to
  • Choose Send Now, or select a Date & Time and click Send Later
  • Your SMS will be sent now, or at the time you selected.

Calendar

The ‘Create Event’ button displays any Events that are related to this particular Client, and enables you to Add an Event.

Adding an Event

  • Click ‘Add event+’
  • Enter a Subject
  • Enter a message
  • Select the Delivery Type
  • Enter a Date
  • Select Consultants associated with the Event
  • Click Save

Your event is added to the Calendar.

Viewing Events

Once you have selected the records you require, you are able to Print, Delete or Complete them using the dropdown menu above and click Apply.
