If you have the CV 2 DB option for your eBoss database, your Consultants and Candidates are able to email CV’s direct to your system.  You will need the specific email address setup for you, just speak to one of our agents on Live Chat to do this.

CV via Email Logs

  • Click the Migration link in the main Navigation menu of your eBoss database
  • Click the CV Via Email Import Tab
  • Here you are able to view CV’s received on your system via email, including:Who sent the emailSubject of the emailDate receivedAttachmentsStatus e.g.Success,Awaiting ProcessingFailure
  • Search for a processed email by typing in the Search field
  • Use the page numbers to navigate
  • Sort the records by clicking on the column headings
  • Choose the number of records to view using the dropdown menu at the bottom of the list
